Jon is a licensed home inspector by the state of Massachusetts and follows their Standards of Practice, which are comprehensive and thorough. His background in construction and carpentry gives him a strong foundation for inspecting different types of properties both old and new. He understands the inner workings of homes and how their major systems must function. Jon graduated from UMass Lowell and is also a licensed EMT. He lives in Swampscott, MA with his wife and two daughters.
